Does anyone have any tips on effectively understanding the language in 'The Tragedy of Macbeth'?

One of the books we treated in English Literature in the Secondary School was Shakespeare's "Macbeth" . That was in the 60's though but I never had any problem understanding the language used because almost all the literature books we used were from William Shakespeare.
