Does anyone know this person?

His name is Chad Michael Harvey. His birthdate is March 30, 1973. He moved from Athens GA in 1990 & went to Adak Alaska where is father was stationed in the Navy. It is very important that I find this person. If anyone has any information on this person please let me know. Thanks for your help.
