What happens while on testosterone?

My boyfriend is going on t soon and I want to know what to expect. Kind of like a detailed chart, if such exists? Will he change much physically? Will his personality change? Thanks. We read the t files together, but I still have no idea what to expect. Also, he has a very feminine backside (hips and ). Will he lose this? It's the one thing that threatens to give him away.
