Why is adware effecting the use of my Kodak Easyshare Software, and how do I put an end to it?

I've tried downloading free trials of anti-spyware from cnet.com but they never fully run due to an overload of adware (win_antiadware 07 & DcPtp.sys) that seems to only be effecting my Digital Camera Software.
