Wife Betrayed me Big time...?

Always thought my wife was sweet caring as she takes a good care of me and our child. She also very nice to another child that I have from previous marriage and treats her very good even though she the don’t like her ‘cause of what her mom tells her abut my young beautiful wife. I just found our home and the business basically everything beside my life insurance which is 75 to my wife and our son and 25% to my daughter that everything else our son gets it. The house is under my wife’s name so is the business we got both during the marriage can I still take her to court for it, well I was in Iraq for 18mo when she bought house business everything most of the money it was hers like 90%. So how can i claim to have some of it so my daughter could get some when if anything happens to me.
