Listening to good music always helps me. Try to find music that says exactly how you feel and BLAST IT as loud as you can. Sing at the top of your lungs if you have to. I've been through this same exact situation before. I know how you feel, dude. Also, it might help to make a bunch of friends outside of that school and that circle, and hang out with them more.
