What to do after i cleaned my aquarium with bleach?

my fish died(had them for a few years) and I'm going to buy new ones soon. so i cleaned(and rinsed) my entire aquarium with bleach(ornaments, gravel etc.) so what should i do after a day of waiting for the bleach to ware out? Do I add water and put Stress Coat/water conditioner and Stress Zyme to kick in the new fishy cycle?How long should this process take? When should i add new fish?
