Conditional formatting?

See demo link, I HATE Office 2007 with a pion, it's as if MS looked at all the features from 2003 that were easy to find and use, then hid/omitted them in Office 2007, it takes me ages to find the simplest features, that's why I've loaded open office and won't be using MS office again.
