Need help from a drill instructor?

My name is Angel Gonzalez & I'm a junior in high school. I plan on becoming a Marine. I am starting an "unofficial" PT program in our school (before I make it official, we have to establish ourselves as student driven). Ultimately, my goal is to make my school have a JROTC after I graduate. I have support from some staff & the local recruiters, & I made a pretty good code of honor for members to follow in & out of school. But I need help getting a physical training routine. I'm varsity cross country, so I'm pretty fit, but I need a good idea of basic requirements for these people. What did you do/have recruits do while in basic training? A specific number of push ups, sit ups, so on & mile times. PT is 2 hours long, 2 days a week. Thank you.
